Job Summary
The ideal candidate, preferably bilingual (not mandatory), is energetic, patient and passionate
about working with the early intervention population (birth to 3 years). As a supervisor you will
be responsible for, but not limited to conducting assessments and writing reports inclusive of treatment plans, providing on-going services for caseload (#varies), providing mentorship and supervising SLP/A’s.
Qualifications:
*Graduate of an accredited SLP program with a Masters of Arts or Science in Communicative Disorders and Sciences.
- Excellent verbal, written and communications skills.
- Early intervention experience preferred utilizing telehealth, in-person and in-home delivery service model
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Ability to maintain sensitivity to confidential information
Work cooperatively with others in a professional yet personable manner with understanding of cultural differences.

This position will play a key role in our revenue cycle management and requires excellent communication and follow-up skills to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for medical services
Review consumer’s records and translate services, diagnoses, and equipment into coded form using ICD, CPT, and HCPCS code sets relative to services provided by Specialized therapist’s, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists.
Prepare and submit claims to various insurance companies, ensuring that each claim accurately reflects the services provided
Follow up on unpaid claims within the standard billing cycle, identifying issues, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring maximum reimbursement
Maintain strict confidentiality as required by HIPAA and company guidelines, protecting all patient information and medical records.
Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to address inquiries and resolve any billing and coding issues
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of coding and implement quality assurance procedures
Join our team and contribute to efficient healthcare service delivery by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely coding and billing of medical services
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge and prior billing experience of at minimum 1 year.
- Familiarity with various insurance plans and a thorough understanding of the insurance claims process.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
